Week Two – Websites and Social Media Shenanigans
Well, folks, it’s your favorite Blogger, Kevin (non fact checked) back at it again! Sit up as I take you through the escapades of week two, where I dove into the chaotic worlds of websites and social media management. Spoiler alert: This stuffs free get up and do something
Website Wonderland
First stop: the land of websites. Picture this various types of sites scattered across the digital realm, like characters in a superhero crossover. We’ve got personal blogs where people spill their deepest thoughts, business sites trying to sell you everything from socks to life insurance, and e-commerce platforms filled with gadgets and gizmos that can keep your coffee hot for hours (stay tuned on urbanatt1re.shop for amazing products) !
As I navigated this web of wonder, I realized a few key elements make a website shine like my shiny red suit. Design is like a good punchline it needs to grab attention! Content? Think of it as the story that keeps the audience hooked. And user experience? That’s the cherry on top, ensuring visitors don’t bounce faster than I do from kitchen after the family dinner (washing is not my thing).
Social Media Madness
Next up, social media management, because what’s the point of being fabulous if nobody’s watching, right? Keeping those profiles updated and polished is crucial. Imagine if I posted a picture of my lunch from last week ? NO THANKS !
I devised some sneaky strategies for cleaning up those digital footprints. Unrelated or negative content? Outta here! We want profiles that showcase our best selves, not reminders of last Tuesday’s drama.
A Dose of Inspiration from Elizabeth Gilbert
Now, let’s sprinkle in some wisdom from the brilliant Elizabeth Gilbert. If you haven’t seen her TED talk or read her book on creativity, you’re missing out! She dives deep into the wild world of personal growth and creativity something even I can appreciate when I get some free time (Fortnite Battle Royal has me hooked). Her ideas resonated with me, reminding us to embrace our quirks and pursue what makes us tick. We could all learn a thing or two about creativity from this girl.
So there you have it, Night Three was full of insights into websites and social media that I can definitely work off. Until next time, keep your sites sleek and your profiles cleaner than my food habits (which, let’s be honest, isn't hard).
Stay tuned for more updates and don’t forget.
WEAR THE STREETS.
